MCMF SERIES:  Full Featured, high speed automatic in-line shrink wrapping systems for trayed products with servo drive controlled continuous motions seal carriage.

The future is here!  American Packaging Machinery, Inc. can accept trayed products having random spacing onto the in-feed conveyor belt, provide internal product pacing via split belt design and continuous motion seal carriage resulting in production rates to seventy finished packages per minute.

MCMF SERIES ADVANTAGES

  • Custom solid seal bar design.  No parts to maintain.  No teflon tape required.  Includes safety system to protect products and operators.

  • Heavy duty stainless steel shrink tunnel belt.  Includes self tracking grooved pulleys and self cooling design for long life.

  • Unique shrink tunnel chamber design provides superior air velocity and direction control so a shorter length can be used.
